The key to leading others successfully is to first lead oneself effectively, so-called effective self-leadership. This requires a high level of self-awareness and an understanding of one's own thought patterns and behaviors.
Our coaching program helps leaders to cultivate this self-awareness and establish positive habits that will enable them to form meaningful connections with others, align their actions with their values, and achieve their mission with greater purpose.
Meet The Founder
Having lived and worked in Sweden for 40 years, Dr. Hoon SingKeow brings her decades of management, consulting and coaching experience with Scandinavian and other international MNCs to support individuals, professionals, and organizations in developing a systematic global leadership perspective.
Dr. Hoon has coached senior leaders of Global MNCs, conducted seminars in cross-cultural leadership and been a guest lecturer on authentic leadership at various institutes of higher learning. Apart from leadership coaching, she has extensive experience in organizational behavior analysis. Her work on cross-cultural leadership and communication has been published in various international publications.
Dr. Hoon holds a Ph.D. in International Business Administration from Lund University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from The City University of New York. She also supervised MSc students in thesis writing at Nanyang Technological University's Centre of Technopreneurship.
